I.Basic Qualifications
• The investor must focus on operating Germany ELECT high-end customization and identify with the brand philosophy of Germany ELECT.
• Possess a rich customer base in the mid-to-high-end market.
• Have an independent store of over 80 square meters or a display area of 30 square meters with a color board display cabinet(similar to the attached illustration).
• Be capable of achieving the annual sales targets as a dealer.
• Have experience in whole-house customization or home decoration operations.
• Employ personnel proficient in home decoration design.
• Have the ability to operate independently.
• Have the start-up capital for stores of different sizes.
II.Cooperation Process
• Mutual understanding→2.Negotiation of franchise policies→3.Headquarter approval→4.Signing of cooperation agreement and payment of cooperation fees→5.Store design and decoration→6.Sample installation→7.Trial operation/Opening→8.Continuous operational support.
III.Headquarter Support
• Unified SI image design and store design.
• Renovation subsidy of 300–2000 yuan per square meter(fully refunded upon full purchase).
• Samples at 6–8%discount(fully refunded upon full purchase).
• Provision of small color boards.
IV.Franchise Fee and Deposit Options
• Option:Franchise fee of 10,000 yuan(originally 30,000 yuan),deposit of 0 yuan(originally 30,000 yuan).The franchise fee can be offset against the purchase amount,i.e.,it will be prioritized to offset 10%of the purchase amount later.
• Option:No franchise fee,no deposit,with a prepayment of 50,000 yuan for sample or goods.

5、有精通家装设计的人员；
6、具有独立运营能力；
7、要有不同面积店的启动资金；
8、可以在这三种经营中选择：轻高定、高定、顶奢定制。
